See which names are duplicates

Hi,

I have a massive list of about 12,000 names and then another list of about 1000 names, formatted in different columns such as
First Name | Last Name

I am trying to see how many of the 1,000 names are on the list of 12,000. Is there a way for Excel to quickly highlight duplicate names?

do you intend matching the first names as well? please provide more details.

A possible solution is to make a collection of the 1000 names, and, hightlight each of the 10000 names if they are present in that collection.
