Forgot Gmail password

Dear Team,

My name is Shahzad Hussain and working as a professional banker in one of the multinational banks having 1600+ branches in Pakistan.
I am/was using gmail account since many many years which was perfectly working on my this samsung set but suddenly my phone was restored and my whole data lost. As I never changed or updated my password since long so that couldnot log in my gmail account again however my contact no is same.

Kindly help to reset my password.

When you created the account, have you registered a secret question which you remember, or an alternate recovery email address or phone number to which you have access to receive a reset code?
