Old laptop doesn't charge after not being used for 2 years

Hello,
I had this laptop for like three years. My dogs chewed up the charging cord and I couldn't find a replacement until now, two years later. It's been charging all day and it won't turn on now.

sounds like a dead battery. Is it replaceable?

No, it's not and even if it was, I don't know where the battery is. It's very thin and I don't see any place where a battery could be.

It is time for you to seek a help from a professional. Maybe it is the monitor that has a problem.
