PC only turn on when case fans not connected

Hi guys, im building a new pc and i have had a problem where all my components turn on for one second and then switch off.So, unplugged each cable from the spu and tested each one.Then i realised when the case fans are connected to the motherboard,the compter spins for one second when the case fans are no connected the compter turns on normally.

it appears that your case fans are drawing excessive current thru the motherboard. the MB is then shutting down to protect itself. Either replace the fans or run them off a power connector.
