Reviewing documents on Facebook

Facebook is showing:You can't access to your account while we are reviewing these additionl documents since 1 month.Now when I'm trying to upload my documents in form,they are telling my log in e-mail address is not associated with any account.What should I do now?

Is the email address is the one you used when you created your account?

By what means are you trying to upload the document?

Yes,I created my account with that e-mail address.facebook has sent a link to my e-mail to upload my documents, so that they can rereview.The link is:https://www.facebook.com/help/contact/1761962440705913
but whenever I'm trying to use the link it's showing that-The page isn't available.

It's showing that the log in email address doesn't belong to any facebook account.

Okay there are two possibilities:

1. Your email address is incorrect.

2. If your email address is correct, you know longer have an account, in which case you can create a new one.

But whenever I'm trying to search my account by my name,it's still visible.If there is any way to get it back?
