Fraud/ID theft of my Gmail continues

Hello,

once again the individual who has taken over all of my email accounts, bank accounts, robbed my home and anything else you can imagine has mirrored mu cell yet again and changed everything including phone numbers, password hints, my name! You name it nothing is the same. All my drives are non accessable. I need help now. I can't do the recovery bs. It doesn't work for me. I need some major assistance. Please assist so the files she wants aren't destroyed. Thank you Laura
