Hi,
If you have your mobile number associated with your gmail account, then have the the recovery text sent on that number.
You may also recover your account if associated with any recovery account too (any gmail account other than your locked gmail account). Only and if associated.
Or,
If you remember any of your recent old password of gmail, it may work too.
P.S. - unless you remember your recovery mobile number or account, they wont help. Also, if
you didn't add or remember your account recovery questions, it would be quite hard for you to recover your account.
