Recover my system display

Hello,


My system is getting very slow. For that i clik on the option task Manager and end the process of window Explorer. After done this process.. suddenly my system is showing blank blue page only. It does not show any options. What can i do to regain?

Windows Explorer is essential. Never end the process.
