Hi,
I have an annoying issue with my Dell laptop. For some reason the DVD drive will accept that a DVD has been put in but will not play it. If I go to the DVD drive it will show something is there but says the disk is empty.
These are not copied DVDs and they work fine on my DVD player.
Any thoughts?
Thanks
GT

Hi
If I may say, this is weird.
What are the file formats on the disk?

I didnt realise the DVD function was removed with the Windows 10 upgrade so I downloaded another player - VLC Media Player and all is fine again.
Thanks for the message I do appreciate it

Thanks for the feedback, I really appreciated it.
It's kind of strange because your are the only one I know who ever experienced this kind of issue with Windows 10; even I had no problem with it.
Anyway, as far as I am concerned, VLC Media Player is tops.
Thanks again
