Hello, I'm unable to log in, I can not retrieve a new password because I can't remember my password for my account or the email associated with the account, please help!

Your message is awfully confusing.

You say that you can not retrieve a new password. That normal because you still must use the old one.

You say that the email associated with your account but you wrote in this message the email associated with your account.

Please explain.
