i want to know that, if dns is not install in our pc,,can we use of url?

NO!

DNS is a service that your PC uses to resolve URL!

You do not install DNS, it is a service that needs to be configured by a network admin (YOUR ISP!!!! CALL YOUR ISP!!!)
