Modem cant connect to internet

hi guys
i have a huawei modem model E1752 when i connect to my computer it says one of usb connected to computer has a multifunction. im using windows 7 ultimate 32-bit
all drivers are installed and up to date . please guys can help me .

IS that a cellular modem? and do you have internet access enables on your cellular account?
