How to reset Gmail password

Hello,
My name is Fabio and i forgot my password for my gmail accout. I cant change it it says "Google cant confirm that this adress is yours" or someting like that.. i have a yt channel with 112 subs so pls help me anyone :(

When you created the account, did you register a secret question which you remember, or an alternate recovery email address or phone number to which you have access to receive a reset code?

When is the last time you successfully accessed your account?
