Hi!
Few days ago my Asus laptop with Windows 8.1 turned off showing a message "Your PC ran into a problem". When i turn it on now, it is saying to insert a repair drive to repair the PC. But now I can't create a repair drive now as my lappy doesn't turn on. I have one more PC which has Windows 7 in it, so how do I create a repair drive for Windows 8.1 through Windows 7?

I am sure it did not say to insert a repair drive probably a repair disk.
You cannot use another computer to create a recovery disk.
I suggest you take your computer to a repair shop.
