Can't log in to Facebook

Hello, I can't get on facebook on my computer or phone It said when i change my password I have enter to many codes try later Will this get fixed on it own Or do i need to do something Thank you for you help Carolyn

There is usually a waiting period of 96 hours during which you should not try to login to your account.

Thank you I have been able to get back on my phone But not my computer Still says too many codes Thank you for your help Carolyn

Hello sorry to keep bothering you But do you need my name on my account It said name or nickname My name is Carolyn Kroger I don't know what information you need to get back on facebook Thank you again for your help
