Can't log in to Facebook

Hello, I can't get on facebook on my computer or phone It said when i change my password I have enter to many codes try later Will this get fixed on it own Or do i need to do something Thank you for you help Carolyn

There is usually a waiting period of 96 hours during which you should not try to login to your account.

Thank you I have been able to get back on my phone But not my computer Still says too many codes Thank you for your help Carolyn
