If u get an "Error 1311" prompt, u'll find the claimed *.cab file
- either in ftp://82.235.13.34/logiciel/Office%202003
- or in ftp://193.74.65.11//backup/Office2003/Office11%20-%20Disc%201%20-%20Professional/

Just do a system restore!
Start the pc on safe mode.. Press F8 when starting up!
Select safe mode on the startup menu
Then a window will appear for you to choose if you want to do system restore..
Then choose a date when you used the pc normally without any problem!
Just wait till the restoration is done...
Restart!
