Facebook account disabled

Someone reported my professional account as a FAKE - they did not check with me first and neither did FB, they just shut it down! Now I can't admin those sites! Every time I try to contact Facebook, I get the following message -- which is NOT HELPFUL at all! If I could LOG IN to my page I wouldn't be having this problem! Anyone know how to get this fixed?

Your name is Rachelle Gonzaga but in your message you say that Shey Gonzaga is your personal account.

Seems that your case has been closed because you have not used your real name for your personal account.
