PC wont boot and wont turn on non stop beeb signal

Hello,
i try to turn on my pc but this problem show up to me no signal no boot and wont turn on the leds are on and the beeb signal doesnt stop
like piiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii.........

You must have a graphic (video) card installed to get a signal!

I have already install it a garphic card but the computer cannot turn on just the beep signal

Is this a laptop or desktop?

You may try to reseat the ram.

Remove the ram and reinsert.

Desktop it can be ram because i have almost 4 month that i hant use it
