Batch file to start the services in list of c

Hello,


I want to start the services in list of computers in my domain.

waht my requirement is i have more than 500 clients in my domain. in them most of the users are stopping the antivirus service of officescan . so i need to start the anti virus service in offline clients in my domain.

please let me know how to overcome this.
