Can't get into my Google account new phone

I have three different Google accounts and I cannot get into either one of them to download my contacts and or to check my email I have a new phone and desperately needs to get into all three of them

Imagine: a stranger calls you because its dishwasher doesn't work and he need your help. But he hangs up. What do you do?
Then, what am I (are we) supposed to do here?
