My yahoo mail is block and now i remember the security number but the mobile number i am not used any more and the send code on that number can you help me please

There is nothing you can do if you created the account on the mobile device or number you no longer have access to.

Always create accounts on a PC or Laptop (landline IP), and then attach a recovery email to it. That way, you can have multiple ways to recover the account!

Thanks for information but i create this account mm on a PC in 2007 but from last 3 years i changed location and nkw js not working i give same password everything is ook but noe the send new code on the old number and that number am not used any more

Sorry i mean i remember all the security answers but problem is they send code on my old number and that mobile number i can't use any more what can i do now ?

There is nothing you can do. Unfortunately you should have kept your account up-to-date while you could.
