How to recover my Yahoo account password?

Hello, I forgot my yahoo password. I no longer have the same phone number and I no longer have the back up email to retrieve info. I deleted it. please help. I have had this email address for 10 years. Can I contact yahoo and speak with someone? It seems that everything is the same as far as answers to retrieve and nothing works.

Unfortunately, if, when you created the account, you have not registered a secret question which you remember, or an alternate recovery email address or phone number to which you have access to receive a reset code, you cannot prove that you are the account's legitimate owner. Hence account recovery is absolutely impossible and there is no way around it.
