Hello, my PC is making a bleeping sound anytime I turn it on, it makes the sound 3-4 tikes then stops and it doesn't come on in the display unit...I have changed the ram but it's not working still.what can I do?

Describe the beep pattern, long, short, pause, number of each and the sequence.
