Optiplex 760 sounds alarm at start.

Hello,
I have a dell OptiPlex 760, when I turn it on there is an continuous alarm sound.Not very loud, but constant. Opened it up and checked the fan. It turns fine and does not seem all that dirty. Any suggestions.

Is it a beeping? If so, how many times does it beep? If you want to check it out for yourself, take out the RAM, and BOOT, does it make a different ALARM sound?

Thanks for responding. The alarm is continuous. There is no breaks in it.

Does it continue with the RAM taken out?

not sure, will have to take out ram and see.
