Is there a way to recover videos from whatsapp which were not downloaded for a long time (2weeks)….while the blurred file shows on the tab screen but download fails with the message “this media file seems to be missing, pl ask the sender to send again”…

You can recover deleted WhatsApp videos from Android by using "Android Data Recovery program."

If u have set the auto backup then it will in the backups then you can download it into your device.
