Not able to connect remote

hi,

we can able to ping but not able to take the remote access of the server , but when we restart the server then we can able to take the remote access of the server .

What would be the issue ?

1. Remote services fail, and the service shuts down.
2. GROUP policy says on failed connect, stop services.

We really need more details to assist, as the problem you are experiencing can have alot of different causes.
