try this:
>Start
>Control Panel
>Performance and Maintenance
>Administrative Tools
>Double click Services
>Scroll down and highlight “Messenger”
>Right-click and select Properties.
>Click the STOP button.
>Select Disable or Manual in the Startup Type scroll bar
>Click OK
or try this command:
Net Send {name | * | /DOMAIN | /USERS} Message
>Start
>Control Panel
>Performance and Maintenance
>Administrative Tools
