GTA IV !!!,plz give me a hand

Hello,
I intend to upgrade my pc with these components:

*Core 2 Duo E 8400
* Ge Force 9600 GT GiGA Byte DDR3
*1 RAM 2 GB DDRAM(DDR2) PC800 Kingston
*Mother Board: Giga Byte Intel EP43-UD3L

and plz suggest power supply for these components

what GTA IV settings i can play ?
suggest me components of same prices to get better game performance

Hello ANDRO_SN you should know that GTA 4 require an up to date PC system

GTA 4 Minimum System Requirements

Processor: Intel Core 2 Duo 1.8Ghz or equivalent AMD Athlon X2 64 2.4Ghz
Memory/RAM: 1GB for XP and 1.5GB for Vista
Video Card: 256MB NVIDIA 7900 or 256MB ATI X1900
Hard Disk Space: 16GB free
Operating System: Windows XP SP3 or Windows Vista SP1
GTA 4 Recommended System Requirements

Processor: Intel Core 2 Quad 2.4GHz or equivalent AMD Phenom X3 2.1GHz

Ive ran the game b4, bt the only thing that was wrong wuz that the picture looked like a bunch of squares nd circles. Is there a possible way i can make the game run w/o spending money? hey dude i found a website called canyourunit.com and browse for Grand Theft Auto IV and click Can You Run It?

and it will show you if it would work on your computer
