yes I do, but it doesn't let me go through and change password. it sends me in the same repeated loop. :/

Hi
Send an email to the address you are trying to recover, wait 20 minutes and tell me if the mail bounced back to you.

I waited 1 hour....just in case. I sent an email to old email. I didn't receive a failure notice or anything back. The message is in my sent folder from the curremt account I am using.

Thank you,
I wanted to make sure that the account was still alive. Seems that it is.
Remember the link I gave you:
https://ccm.net/faq/9225-how-to-recover-gmail-account#your-gmail-account-has-been-hacked
It said:
After you have entered your email address, Gmail will ask you for the last password your have used and then will ask you where you wish to have the reset code sent to you.
A reset code will immediately be dispatched to you, on the next window you will be asked to enter the six digit reset code and you will gain access to your account. Check you sms or email for the code.
If you do not have a mobile number to receive a reset code, click on Try a different question, you should then be able to enter an alternate email address to get the code.
Truly, Mrs Owens, this only way and most simple way to recover an account that has been hacked.
There is no endless loop to this recovery method.
Good luck

I will keep trying!
The reason for the endless loop is because my cell phone that is linked to the account is currently disconnected due to bill due and haven't went to pay it yet bc of family situation we are currently in right now.
When I pay my phone, I will easily be able to recover it lol.
and as far as recovery email, I have no access to that one either right now.
thank you for all of your help!!

Now it comes out ! Oh boy!
Be careful, it's not normal to get hacked the way you get hacked. Info is leaking and your system is not secured.

It has been sending me in endless loops for hours. Is it easier to recover yahoo email? maybe? Trying to not give up hope...all I need is to access one and then I would be able to access the other lol
