Monitor for new PC goes to sleep mode

Hello everyone.
This "Q" may have asked before, but I like to know what to do. New PC, connect the all cables, but monitor goes to sleep mode. Any respond in details how to resolved this issue will be appreciated

Is this a PC you build from parts?

The PC is not sending a video signal to the monitor So the monitor goes into sleep mode.

You need to check the wires in the PC. Check the video card if any. Check the power supply.
