How do I know without a doubt, that someone is remotely logging into my phone? Why have conversations I've been a participant in 100% complete confidence , been brought up by someone else who otherwise would have never known what was said?

Perhaps the person you were talking to told the other person!

If you really want to 100% certain, HARD RESET YOUR phone back to FACTORY Settings, and start over. Always maintain control over your phone!

If I may butt in...the technology to remotely access a phone is restricted to very few professionals and it is extremely complicated. In would be a costly venture for the average Joe to acquire it. Only one company located in Germany has developed it and they are law abiding.
