Apps for opening all types files zip html etx

Totally lost how to open and access view all this data I some how managed to gain access to buy that's it I can navigate to these files downloads etc however when it comes to owning or viewing I have no idea what to do

HTML should be opening on its own. .zip files can be opened with 7zip (https://www.7-zip.org/download.html

I encourage you to enroll in a local computing class to assist you in your short comings when it comes to modern computing and communications! Specifically keyboarding skills need some work, as the posted problem is really exhausting to read, as it make no sense as a single sentence!
