Can't login to Facebook

When I try to login to Facebook it is asking me to confirm my identity. It texts me a code to put in and when I enter the code nothing happens, after 3 tries of that it no longer sends me a code. If anybody can help me I would really appreciate it. Thank you

Delete all pf your temporary files and cookies, wait 96 hours and try again.

I am not very computer savvy. How do I this? And do I have to do this on my phone, tablet and computer?

Mostly my Samsung tablet, occasionally my Motorola phone and never on computer. Thanks

Then delete your history.

You mean my internet search history? How will this help getting back into Facebook? I really appreciate the help
