Facebook account disabled

Hello,
My phone was hacked by one number on my phone number that started AROUND same time I got my phone September 1st is when i bought phone whom ever it was started sending pornography to my clip tray my photo album and time line finally someone at Facebook company cought it and told about the exsta number addedto my number i didn't know what was going on and why these pictures kept showing up any way I've been disabled at least4 times i need your help to get me back on thank you!
