HP Pavillion keyboard stopped working

Hello,

My keyboard on my HP Pavillion touchscreen also stopped working, after 3 weeks. I bought it at Costco. This is the second one. I am returning it tomorrow. I contacted the HP Assistant and they did not seem surprised.
