Hello,

I have a contact who I can't send text messages to because I erroneously blocked her number. When I searched in Google how to unblock said contact, I got, read and applied below search result instruction believing that none of my phone's data will be deleted. Imagine how disappointing it is to find out later that all my phone's data were actually deleted. Is there a way for me to get back these data?

Thank you!
Elsie

This code will restore your Samsung phone to its factory settings, without deleting any of your data.

Reset Code for Samsung Phones
Using your phone's calling feature, dial #*7728#
if you'd like to reset one of Samsung's legacy model phones.

If you have a more recent Samsung model (e.g. a Monte, an Omnia, etc.), dial *2767*3855#
to reset your phone.
