I would like to know how to find Network PC details with IP ...and how to get remote session.

How to find network pc details? Are you asking for workstation specifications via a IP lookup? In what platform using what program? Powershell? CmDlet? Visual Basic?

As for a remote session, do you even know what to do once you have connected? What are you trying to accomplish?
