Optiplex 740 bios update fail

Hello,
on my dell optiplex 740 i made a bios update from rev1.1.5 to rev2.2.7
everything worekd fine, but on 9% computer freeze. I wait 10hrs, and cut power. now no video on monitor / amberlight /

is possible to recover this, or swap the bios chip from other MB.
has anyone get schematic? thanks

better to just buy a replacement motherboard. Like this one:
