Packard Bell s3210 system restore without keyboard

Hi, my mother in law just left me her old Packard Bell stationary pc , as it seems totally crashed! I only get to the PB logo (with two choices displayed on the bottom of the screen) - Del; Enter setup and F12:boot menu. And maybe i could fix the problem if it wasn't for one thing- the damn thing doesn't even respond to its keyboard anymore! Is there any way to get into the Boot menu or in any other way make a system restore without mouse or keyboard on this computer so please let me know! Win10
