Packard Bell s3210 system restore without keyboard

Hi, my mother in law just left me her old Packard Bell stationary pc , as it seems totally crashed! I only get to the PB logo (with two choices displayed on the bottom of the screen) - Del; Enter setup and F12:boot menu. And maybe i could fix the problem if it wasn't for one thing- the damn thing doesn't even respond to its keyboard anymore! Is there any way to get into the Boot menu or in any other way make a system restore without mouse or keyboard on this computer so please let me know! Win10

If the keyboard doesn't respond, try another keyboard, they are cheap. If you have more than 1 USB, try a different USB. Make certain USB is enabled in BIOS!
