New pc build issue where the monitor shows no display

Hi I just built my pc and got the graphics card I put it in turned my pc on and the fans are running the keyboard and mouse light up but shows no display and my pc is just making a normal spinning noise
But when I turn the pc on the gpu spins for a few seconds then stops spinning I need help

Does the Motherboard have a video slot on it to use? If so, get the OS built, then place the graphics card.

                    I think the motherboard doesn’t support on board graphics / integrated graphics but me could does and I’ve tried that I will tell you the parts

Asrock b250m-hdv 

Western digital blue 1tb

Corsair vs550 psu

Nicosia gtx 1050. 2gb
