Don’t know my Yahoo password

I’m trying to reset my password for my old yahoo account and I can’t figure out how. This is a really old account says it’s not even found. I’m logged onto Facebook with this account and I don’t know the password. How do I change it?!?!

You can't. After one year of inactivity, your Yahoo account has been deleted.
