Change of password +phone number

Dear sir
I am a old user of yahoo mail unfortunately I forget my yahoo password recovery e mail ***@*** is not active Mobil number that was <removed by moderator> is not active now I want to change my recovery e mail address +my Mobil number whose was entered at the registration +sign up time.I want some help to do this .kindly reply me soon can I do this ?if possible to change kindly help me .I am in frustration I do want to change my old e-address /my old mail record.
