TV headphones no sound while HDMI

Hi, I have such a problem. I use headphones - Sony MDR TV (bluetooth) when I just watch programs or movies all right. But when I connect my laptop to the TV via HDMI the sound goes only to the TV speakers. And not the headphones.

So the Headphones are bluetoothed to the PC, not the TV?
