Acer computer has crashed shows Setup Utility

Help my windows 7 Acer computer has crashed. I have finally got it to show Setup Utility but do not know where to go from here. Can anyone help?

Hi Annie

Looks like your hard disk has failed. Only a qualified technician can help you, perhaps by replacing the hard disk.
