Im having trouble with loggin on

Hello,
I did everything that was told to do. I clicked on F8 then i chose safe mode like you said and then this little box popped up that said administrator and it asked for a password. I dnt know the password and i dnt have a password disk thing so what can i do?? Please help me out!

i did that but even that didnt help me b/c my computer needs an adminsrator password and i dont know what it is. Thats why im asking you for help!!
