i have BPS in cell A1 and the pay Cell A2 on sheet 1
and on sheet two i have a data in this range g3:aj23

now my question is for example
my A1 cell contain 7 which is BPS
and A2 contains 23260 which is pay of the employee

in A3 i want an excel to go in sheet 2 and search in the whole sheet wheter in BPS 7 row if A2<= any value in return i want the value next to this.

help please.
