My PC is core 2 dou
256 GB HD
2gb RAM
3.1 GHz processor
Once I connect my android for charging with my PC and then power on my PC its window start loading then automatically reboot and its window start loading and so on
Sir please help me how can I fix this problem

If this only happens when you charge your phone. Then you may need to replace your PC power supply or you may need to delete any PC Apps that auto start when the phone is connected.
