Hello Madhumitha,
Please provide us with more information like which email service are you using? It can be recovered if you`re using Outlook but for Gmail, Yahoo Mail you can`t retrieve once it has been deleted from the trash folder

Lets start with is this a web service, or an enterprise mail server that you connect to?
It doesn't matter what service, but how!
I like how your title changes depending on what type of question you are answering. That is great! As an exchange admin, I would think you would be offering a more robust solution to recovery....
