Help with what? You have made a statement, not asked a question.
If you are referring to the amount of memory you have left, it might be because some of the Onboard Graphics will take some of the RAM for video.

Is that a good guess at what you are asking?

I can not findout onboared graphic on my bios.and my bios name is intel g41 redfox and there is no memory remapping features.

There is not a setting for onboard graphics. That amount of RAM will get used no matter what the setting. If you want to recover that RAM, you must insert another graphics card, so it will use its own RAM, and not "Steal" from the Main System RAM!
