My lap dell 5559 it freeze with start windows

My lap is new one this is the first run with windows 7 pro , after install program i mack a restart but it not open windows just freeze with windows starting black screen
I run diagnosis but good results i need help what I can do ?

OK, so windows 7 pro has no longer being supported mainstream since 2015.

Start it in Safe mode. Does it boot?

I try to open now after 12 hour it open normally
this is for a time to freeze again after restart
this is the second time it freeze and if I leave it for a hours it work again
I will try to open it in safe mode as you ask with freeze
